Royal Waybill

Purpose

A Royal Waybill allows you to send items to another player from your server. The items that may be sent are limited to the following:

• Gems (100 or smaller only)
• Stamina
• Resource boxes (500k or smaller only)
• Teleporters (Advanced, Standard, and Alliance)
• Decorations (30 days and under, along with some special items such as limited base skins)
• City and Avatar Change items
• Speakers
• Monarch Exp (5000 or smaller only)
• Speedups (1 hour or 5 minute, only of specific types: Building, Research, Training, Healing, Trap building, and Crafting)

Basic Royal Waybills (which carry one item) may be composed into Advanced Royal Waybills (which carry up to ten items) by tapping on stacks of ten or more basic Waybills in your inventory.

How to use

There are two ways to use a waybill.

The first is to tap on the waybill in your inventory. This will open a menu that allows you to select a player to send the item(s) to. However, this method is limited to sending items to players in your own alliance.

The second method is to navigate to the Monarch Detail screen of the monarch view of the player you wish to send a gift to, and then to choose the Send Gift option. You can get there by tapping their base in the world map, or by tapping their avatar in most places where it is visible (such as chat, mail, and various ranking lists). This method will allow you to send items to any player (of monarch level 7 or higher) on your server.

Restrictions

To receive a waybill, a player must have a monarch level of at least 7.

To send a waybill, a player must have a monarch level of at least 25.

How to get Waybills

Waybills can be purchased from the Black Market for 500 gems each, come occasionally in packages and are in several medium and high-level boss chests: Medium, Senior, and Legendary Hydra.
